I will develop an Android app for $30/hour - either starting from scratch or using a template available for purchase online. My language of choice is Kotlin but I can also develop an app using Flutter as well if you wish to have an app developed simultaneously for both Android and iOS at the same time.
All work will be done by me personally without outsourcing to other developers.
