What is included

  • 1. Complete Bookkeeping of Invoices, Cash Receipts, Payroll, Disbursements, Inventory and Adjusting entries in Xero, MYOB AccountRight and Accountedge, Quickbooks, SAP and Microsoft Excel.
  • 2. Financial Reports preparation depending on the client's needs (Template must be provided or discussed with the client ).
  • 3. Non Accounting works is fine like purchasing, email to client's and any other Admin tasks.

What is not included

  • Tax Preparation.

I am an Accountant with 13 years experience and have worked with servicing, retailing and wholesaling Companies. My recent job is with an Australian Accounting Firm. My work experience with the field is from Bookkeeping of Balance Sheet and Income Statement accounts as well as adjustments derived from Bank and Accounts reconciliation. I also make various Management reports and other accounting related Jobs. I have used Microsoft excel, SAP and Quickbooks to process Bookkeeping and I have experience downloading Financial Reports with Xero. With my past experiences I have learned to value the quality and efficiency of the outcome of my work.
