Outsourcing marketplaces are swarmed by scammers and poor performers. On TaskArmy we screen the service providers before they can be listed: every single service has been approved manually.
Outsourcing smaller tasks should be much easier than it is today. Who wants to go through one week of hiring process just to get one article written? Nobody. (This is why you end up doing it yourself)
Also, lower prices are not the priority on TaskArmy, only a side effect of geo-arbitrage. We don’t encourage the freelancers to push their prices down, we call the bidding system you find on other outsourcing marketplaces abominauctions.

Although I found this provider very easy to communicate and work with - we lost a lot of money on this projec. Google adwords did not work for us at all and we would have been better trying facebook perhaps.
