Act! v.11 is too clunky and slow and I need to migrate to the cloud. I need access to my contacts on various devices and would like to have things sychronised all the time.

Outsourcing marketplaces are swarmed by scammers and poor performers. On TaskArmy we screen the service providers before they can be listed: every single service has been approved manually.
Outsourcing smaller tasks should be much easier than it is today. Who wants to go through one week of hiring process just to get one article written? Nobody. (This is why you end up doing it yourself)
Also, lower prices are not the priority on TaskArmy, only a side effect of geo-arbitrage. We don’t encourage the freelancers to push their prices down, we call the bidding system you find on other outsourcing marketplaces abominauctions.
