I love Twitter Bootstrap, and have worked with it on several projects before. I build the UI starting from Photoshop, and then convert it into a live HTML/CSS/JS frontend ready for you to show to investors or just use in your projects.
You can give me your mockups written in hand or use Balsamiq, doesn't matter. If there is something not clear, i'll ask :)
