I will recreate your graphic/avatar/cartoon character in Adobe Illustrator. This will produce your graphic in a vector format which is very helpful as you can resize a vector graphic without the image because distorted. Also I can save the image as a web ready png file which means the graphic will have a transparent background and can be placed on anything.
