My objective is provide the best customer service available out there and boost customer satisfaction ratings. I currently uphold part-time positions at 2 very well know and respected translation companies.
As I have been working as a Customer Support and Project Manager for over 7 years.

I also have sales experience as a Dish Network Rep. here in Argentina for the states and personal translator/ secretary for my employer who handled these US Dish Network Accounts.

My native tongue is Spanish however, I was raised up in Columbus, Ohio so my English is fluent and I'd be more than happy to offer a voice call demonstration on Skype or any other available voice call service to verify my pronunciation and common knowledge of both languages.

I'm proficient in Zendesk but can adapt quickly adapt to new systems and willing to learn new skills. I have taken Spanish- English Translation tests on oDesk and scored in the TOP 10% of test takers.

I'm also available to take on logo design and redesign and other graphic design related projects.
