The Process is simple. When you purchase we will send you a short questionnaire. This will help us get all the details for your design. Once you fill this out, we will send the initial concepts back to you to review. Turn around is usually within a few days. We revise your logo until you are 100% satisfied. We create our logos in Illustrator CS5. So rest assured your design will be ready for print and web.

Your final files will be sent in vector formats .ai and .eps for print.
Also high resolution jpeg and png for Web. (Png has a transparent background so you can put on any background without the white box around it)

If you are paying for logo design make sure you get a vector file format in .ai or.eps with your purchase. Vector art is needed for professional printing and can be made any size. Absolutely no loss in quality when enlarged or magnified

Typically high resolution image formats, such as jpg, or png included with the vector file format I provide are fine for web use and small personal projects.

Turnaround time:
Within 4 business days of receiving the questionnaire (Mon-Fri excluding Sat & Sun & Holidays) I will have 3-5 concepts ready for your viewing. Occasionally this may take longer due to logo details, schedule or uncontrollable circumstances. If you are on a deadline or time crunch please let me know in advance!

Please understand that everyone's tastes are different. Some prefer very simple text or icon logos, while others very bold illustrative logos. The more communication and information provided the better for optimum logo design.
