I have a old php website I would like to bring up to life again.
It is my old travel blog I wrote in php3. It contains galleries and articles stored in the file system with some dependencies to a db.
1. On my new server the tags <? don't work (the server expects <?php it seems). You will need to change them all (I used <?= "something" ?> which can't be converted to <?php= "something" ?>).

2. I don't have access to my database anymore. The db was used only to store high-level stuff, all the important data is actually stored in the file system. I will need you to rewrite a bit of code to make the website work without database.
3. And finally, I would like you to tweak the pages to be SEO optimized. (better use of H1/H2 tags, better use of titles, and better use of meta tags and making sure that google can index everything).
