Outsourcing marketplaces are swarmed by scammers and poor performers. On TaskArmy we screen the service providers before they can be listed: every single service has been approved manually.
Outsourcing smaller tasks should be much easier than it is today. Who wants to go through one week of hiring process just to get one article written? Nobody. (This is why you end up doing it yourself)
Also, lower prices are not the priority on TaskArmy, only a side effect of geo-arbitrage. We don’t encourage the freelancers to push their prices down, we call the bidding system you find on other outsourcing marketplaces abominauctions.

if you are a solo shop, it will likely prove difficult to impossible to sell.
the better route would be to get it going and then go into partnership with someone else in the same business who isn't going to go to uni when you do -- and then have your partner buy you out over the next four years.
btw, a reasonable price for the buyout might well be your portion of one year's net profit, excluding the amount you take out of the business.
