im fourteen and i dont want people to say wait till your older youtube tutorials dont suit me and im having trouble finding a course that actually has assignments and teaches with applications such as dreamweaver, etc. i ahve basic knowledge of html and css. it has to be an actual course where i get assigmnets and a exam.

As you are fourteen you have to complete your schooling before you move to graduate college. Rather than certification you could go for institute that offer assignments and conduct exam.
